I noticed in my late 50s to early 60s I was having problems with mobility and walking around like an old man was affecting my life style. I decided to attend a mini Yoga session with Kelley Apple, who helped me develop a reference point and a path to follow. That one 20 minute, gentle yoga session really left an impact on me. I felt really great afterwards and it made me want to pursue this type of activity. Kelley paid attention to the fact that I was in my 60s, modified what we were doing so I could handle the activity and made sure that each step gave me more confidence to try a little harder.
